  • I don't find my language to be bombastic...

     

    I do, in fact, use such words as "egregious," "diametrically," and "irreconcilable" in everyday conversation.  And I do make the occasional joke based on Greek roots.

     

    But I don't necessarily see the problem with that.

  • There isn't a problem with that.  I like too like to use a varied vocabulary on ocassion, otherwise what the hell was the point of vocab during all of our years in elementary, middle and part of high school.  In business I will have to give up all of those "fancy words" and dumb down my vocab so that others can understand.  I guess there wasn't a point to that class after all.
